How we work.

  • A written spec before any code: the user flow, data model, API surface, and an explicit list of what we will not build. You sign off on it, and it's what every later request is checked against.

  • Auth, data and billing first, then the core workflow, delivered to a preview URL you can click from the first week rather than a demo at the end.

  • Your accounts, your domain, real billing, monitoring, and the technical SEO foundation: server-rendered pages, structured data, sitemaps and llms.txt.

  • Analytics and logs wired before launch, so the next round of work is decided by what users actually did, not by guesses.
