Who we are

This policy covers the Cyphorux website at www.cyphorux.com. Cyphorux is an AI product studio. If you have a question about this policy or your data, email cyphorux@gmail.com.

Our products, ScopeCrafters and ContentVo, are separate services with their own privacy policies, published on their own websites. This policy does not cover them.

What we collect

We collect personal data in two ways: when you choose to send it to us, and in the basic technical logs that any website produces.

• Project inquiry form: your name, email address, company URL (optional), budget range and message.
• Email: anything you include when you write to us directly.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser user agent, the page requested and the time, to operate and secure the site.

What we don't collect

The website does not use advertising trackers, does not sell or rent personal data, and does not set cookies for analytics or advertising. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your IP address to a font provider.

Cookies

The website doesn't need cookies to work and doesn't set any for tracking. If that changes, for example if we add privacy-friendly analytics, we'll update this section first and describe exactly what is set and why.

Why we use it

We use inquiry and email data only to reply to you, to discuss and scope a potential project, and to keep a record of that conversation. We rely on your request to contact us (and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) as the basis for this. We use technical logs to keep the site running and to detect abuse, which is our legitimate interest.

We don't add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and handle email. Each processes data on our behalf and only for that purpose.

• Vercel: website hosting and request logs.
• Resend: delivers inquiry form submissions to our inbox.
• Google (Gmail): our email inbox, where inquiries and emails are stored.

International transfers

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves your country, we rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and email correspondence for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the engagement and any period required for accounting or legal reasons. If we don't work together, you can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time. Hosting logs are kept according to our hosting provider's retention settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email cyphorux@gmail.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, form submissions are validated on the server, and access to our inbox and hosting accounts is protected with strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect so there's less to protect.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here.
