These terms apply to your use of the Cyphorux website at www.cyphorux.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

They don't cover client engagements or our products. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. ScopeCrafters and ContentVo have their own terms of service, published on their own websites.

No engagement until it's in writing

Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services on particular terms. Timelines, scopes and approaches described here are typical, not guaranteed. A project begins only when both parties have signed a written agreement that sets out the scope, price and terms.

Information you send us

When you submit an inquiry or email us, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you're entitled to share it. Please don't send confidential information, such as trade secrets, credentials or personal data about third parties, before we've agreed in writing how it will be handled. If you need a confidentiality agreement before sharing details, ask us first.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Our content

The text, case studies, design, logos and code of this website belong to Cyphorux unless stated otherwise. You may read, share links to and quote short excerpts from it with attribution. You may not copy substantial parts of it, present it as your own, or use our name or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Product names and trademarks of third parties mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility, comparisons or the tools we use.

Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Submit spam, automated inquiries or malicious content through the contact form.
• Scrape the site in a way that degrades its performance for other visitors.

This site links to websites we don't control, including our own products' sites, which are governed by their own terms, as well as GitHub, LinkedIn and X. We're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

If you send us suggestions about this website or our products, we may use them without any obligation to you. This doesn't apply to project materials you share during scoping, which we use only to evaluate and scope your project.
