About Cyphorux, and why I build products before selling services.
I'm Hamza Bashir, founder of Cyphorux. I've spent 4+ years shipping production software, most recently the AI agents and real-time systems that sit in front of real customers. Cyphorux is where I build my own AI products, and where I build them for founders.

Why Cyphorux exists.
My day-to-day engineering work has been the unglamorous part of AI: the monitoring, fallbacks, human handoff and self-healing state that let an AI agent run unattended in front of customers. That work taught me that the model is rarely the hard part. The hard part is everything that happens when the model is wrong, slow or confused, and a real person is waiting for an answer.
I started Cyphorux to apply that discipline to products of my own. Building them end to end, from spec to billing to search traffic, keeps me honest about what actually matters after launch. It also means that when a founder asks whether something can be built in a few weeks, I'm answering from recent experience rather than from a sales script.
Today Cyphorux does two things. We build and run our own AI SaaS products, and we build AI products, agents and SaaS MVPs for founders who want them built that way.

Why we build our own products.
A studio that only does client work learns about launch day from other people's launches. Running our own products means we pay the AI bills, handle the billing edge cases, answer the support emails and watch the search console ourselves. When ScopeCrafters needed to move payment providers in its first week, that was our problem to solve, and the pattern that made it easy now goes into every client build.
It also gives you something better than testimonials to judge us by. Both products are public. You can sign up, use them, read their marketing pages and look at how they're built before you decide to work with us.
How I work.
- 01
No invented proof
Every number on this site can be traced to something real. Where we don't have a number yet, we leave it out rather than estimate it.
- 02
Scope in writing, cuts included
I'd rather argue about the out-of-scope list in week one than discover in week five that we were building different products.
- 03
You own everything from day one
Your repository, your hosting, your database, your billing account. I never want a client to depend on me for access to their own product.
- 04
A boring stack on purpose
Next.js, Supabase, Postgres and a small set of AI providers. It's what my own products run on, and any good developer can take it over.
- 05
Honest about timelines
Including SEO. New domains take months to rank, and I'll tell you that before you pay for a website, not after.
